Summary

Add "name" label to "argocd_cluster_connection_status" metric, in addition to "server"

Motivation

I have a prometheus rule set to alert me when Argo is unable to connect to a cluster, by monitoring if the metric "argocd_cluster_connection_status" is 0 for one of my connected clusters. Problem is this metric only has a field for "server", and not for the actual name of the cluster, so once I get the alert I have to go to Argo to check which cluster is down.
