Custom health assessment for Camel K Integration CRDs

Summary

I would like to contribute a custom health assessment/check for Camel K Integration CRDs

Motivation

ArgoCD is currently unable to determine the health-state of a Camel K Integration deployment (camel.apache.org/Integration CRD). This proposal is to include an enhancement to the available health assessment/checks to support said CRDs.
