Pull Request Generator: Add Support for GitLab

It would be great if GitLab was added as a supported SCM provider for the pull request generator.

Having support for a Gitlab generator would be very helpful in my deployment

It's implemented, just waiting for the next minor version release. In the meantime there are instructions to build it at the comment above.

@hsharrison That is a good catch, thanks for pointing that out. Good to know it will be in v2.5
