Options for yaml formatting for git writeback method

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have disabled indentation rule for yamllint because the the git writeback method keeps modifying the indentation of the yaml files.

Describe the solution you'd like There should be options to configure formatting patterns for the git writeback method.
