argocd-autopilot Add documentation for Windows users

The build pipeline already creates windows binaries. We just need to document how to get them. Can also consider adding support for Scoop/Chocolatey/Winget (or some other package manager)

@roi-codefresh You're welcome. Confirmed working with scoop. I would like to close this issue out once I can confirm it is working with chocolatey and docs have been updated. I did notice that the 'installation' doc didn't update on the published site. The official docs are only update with every release, once the issue is closed we can release a patch to include the docs.
