Could We Install Argoverse-API through conda?

Hi! I would like to inquire whether we can install Argoverse-API through conda rather than pip. I set up my project in a conda environment, and install Argoverse-API through pip -e /path to argoverse-api. However, I failed to resolve it in vscode. Could you please help me with that? Thanks!
