Issue getting keyword timestamps + not getting results on simulator

Hey! Thank you for this great repo.

I'd love some help with the following issues:

• I can't get keyword-level timestamp from WhisperKit. It gives me full sentences instead of keyword-level timestamps
• On the simulator, I'm getting the wrong transcribe from WhisperKit even if I'm running on CPU only
• For all languages transcription, for a song vocal (vocals only, no instruments), what is the ideal model to be used when thinking on speed-result balance?
