Is the text needed after the coordinates in the ground truth files?

I have created a ground truth txt file with the coordinates. Do we need to add the text as well, or is it not needed?

Example:- 396,716,582,713,582,739,396,743 1479,799,1661,796,1661,826,1479,829 377,371,554,368,555,397,377,400

OR

396,716,582,713,582,739,396,743,abc 1479,799,1661,796,1661,826,1479,829,abc 377,371,554,368,555,397,377,400,abc
