[FEATURE] Improve the `Argilla` steps

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. If we have an error in one of the records when running an argilla step, (i.e. PreferenceToArgilla), nothing will be uploaded to argilla.

Describe the solution you'd like We can check it a given row contains None (for example a postprocessing step of an LLM failed), and skip those rows.
