[FEATURE] improve `Step` overview to `DatasetCard` in the `Distiset.to_hub`

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Exploring pipeline through dict/yaml can be difficult.

Describe the solution you'd like I would perhaps like to see something like components used. Additionally, we should add papers. Also add a TASK_TO_CATEGORY paper. Perhaps add a pre-commit check to potentially add this.
