[FEATURE] Add end to end tests

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We don't have any end to end tests checking different Pipelines (with different combination of Tasks and LLMs)

Describe the solution you'd like End to end tests running different Pipelines and pushing the resulting datasets to HF and Argilla.

This end to end tests can be executed before a release or triggered manually or every certain time (1 day).
