[FEATURE] Expand from_hub method to return UI URL to create a dataset

We want to link from the SDK to the UI to create new datasets form the hub. This will be interfaced in the from_hub method. We will need to make these changes:

• expand settings param in from_hub to accept ui and auto
• set ui as default route
• expand rich logging module to print url
