[FEATURE] Filter by responses & suggestions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In the old UI it was possible to filter by annotated as & predicted as Currently for spanQuestion I only see metadata for filtering. (Not sure if other question types support filtering by response=='value', but if not it should) For me this is very important for data quality checking
