Custom Record UI Templates

As a user I want to:

• Show specific fields in my record card (for example metadata fields that are needed for annotation).
• Show fields in a specific order or with a specific style.
• in summary, control how and what is displayed to annotators during the annotation or review process

The configuration could be provided as a mix of a templating language and high-level vue components.

This configuration should be done at the dataset level, with certain user rights, and both from Python and the UI
