Cannot recover account on Argent X 5.13.2

I use seed phrase to create a new account on Argent X v5.13.2, it could be successfully restored even I retry uninstall Argent X and do the steps again. The account has ETH inside, and the contract is already deployed. But with argent-starknet-recover latest code, on Feb 14, 2024, the account could not be found.
