Note export loses markdown formatting

When notes are exported they lose some of their formatting for example bullets, indented bullets, etc. The Zotero Beta markdown export is able to maintain formatting. Is it possible to keep formatting made in the Zotero markdown editor?

This is not compatible at the moment, since the Zotero stable version does not have a markdown editor. For a status on the beta, please see #133
