Make it possible for mdnotes list tags attached to child items in addition to parent metadata

Example of use:

I have a parent item defined as book. It has attached the pdf and some images I extracted and I want to embed in Obsidian. When I create the markdown file, I get all the parent metadata and a link to the attachments. Yet any tags I embeded into the attachments are not included.

If it were embeded in the same line as the attached file link, within obsidian one could transclude a lot of information in one go.
