Add support for quick switcher

It would be great to be able to type in natural language dates in the quick switcher to navigate to a Daily Note. At the moment we can only navigate to today's note using a hotkey or use the calendar plugin to manually find and click on the date. If nldates supported the quick switcher, we could just hit cmd+o and type "next wednesday" to open next Wednesday's daily note.

I'd love to see this as well. If not through the quick switcher, I don't mind having a separate command palette just to jump to a relative date quickly.
