[PS1] Mr. Driller G (Japan): All graphical elements flicker constantly, game shifted to the right

All graphical elements in the game flicker frequently. Additionally, the game is shifted a bit to the right, resulting in the right UI wrapping a bit onto the left during gameplay.

I really appreciate that you test so many games. But you know that PS1 emulation is experimental, right? I'm pretty sure that there are hundreds of bugs right now.
