[PS1] Ehrgeiz - God Bless the Ring (USA): Gameplay moves in slow motion

When attempting to play a fighting game match, the game moves in slow motion. The framerate in ares still says 60, but the game and characters simply move extremely slow compared to how they should. Note that this does not affect menus, the RPG mode, etc.
