[PS1] Darius Gaiden (Japan) - Corrupted audio on opening FMV, missing music ingame

Self explanatory for the first two. Regarding the level 2 loading issue, it looks (and sounds) like this:

Presumably it might finish loading at some point, but I've left the game open for 20-30 minutes at fullspeed and it's still going.
