[PS1] Ray-Ray CD-ROM (Japan): 1 minute 15 second loading screen after exiting Raystorm movie back to main menu

(I apologize in advance for making this issue, but it had to be done.)

Choose Raystorm, choose movie, and pick a movie. You can hit start to skip the movie or watch the whole thing, doesn't matter. Back out of the movie menu back to the Raystorm menu, then choose exit to go back to the main menu. The resulting loading screen lasts about ~1 minute 15 seconds on ares, but is only supposed to last a few seconds on real hardware.

The log outputs [unimplemented] Disc::writeByte(): c0->01 when the disc boots, unsure if this is related to the issue. Upon performing the exit to the load screen, the log outputs:
