[PS1] Ace Combat 3 - Electrosphere (Japan, Asia): Various issues

-Music constantly cuts off and restarts in few-second loops -Character portraits/non fmv graphic data during opening and subsequent pre mission calls are gone -All character voices during calls are extremely high pitched -Flickering at the end of the tunnel graphics before missions -All ground textures during missions are gone unless you look nearly straight downwards or at specific angles

Log displays [unimplemented] ShadedLine when starting mission, unsure if related.
