[Request] Support for low resolutions (15khz) for CRT

Would it be possible to implement an automatic resolution change system to be able to use Ares on crt tv? something like the one used in groovymame/retroarch /emu4crt (Mednafen)? As a proof of concept, I used a standalone program (SwitchRES) that allows me to change the desktop resolution, but doesn't allow me to do so if the game needs to switch the resolution between progressive and interlaced, during gameplay, like some SNES and PlayStation games do.
