[MEGA CD] Thunderhawk (Europe): Doesn't work on most BIOSes

The European version of Thunderhawk only works on [BIOS] Mega-CD 2 (Europe) and [BIOS] Mega-CD 2 (Europe) (Rev A). [BIOS] Mega-CD (Europe), [BIOS] Mega-CD 2 (Europe) (v2.11), and [BIOS] Multi-Mega (Europe) all fail.

On the working BIOSes, the game boots to the language select screen with music playing, you choose your language, and then the opening FMV starts playing, which you can either skip or watch all of. On the non working BIOSes, the language select screen has no music, and after choosing your language, the opening FMV never plays, and the game is frozen on a black screen.
