Controller Configs for N64 won't save on latest ares v.144

Describe the bug controller input configuration won't save anymore after every ares restart

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. make controller input configuration
  2. restart ares
  3. sadness

Expected behavior controller configuration should be saved everytime you open ares like with earlier version

I am under windows and did not notice this error with v144.

Settings are ultimately written to the settings.bml file. If you have done something like extract ares to a Windows protected directory like Program Files, by default the app won't have permissions to write in its own directory. You would have to "run as an administrator" to gain write permissions.

Although I recommend moving ares somewhere outside of a Windows protected directory. Shouldn't need admin privileges to run an emulator.
