when we talk about 90s games people on Android just test the games bro, test and drop after 10min, why use or precious gods of simulators energy for a bunch of Testers Gamers? sorry but it is what it is.
The simplified way in which Ares cores are written makes it need the power of modern x86 cpus to be playable. Someday ARM will be fast enough, but that day is at least a decade away. Also, phones don't come with dedicated controls, and Android is a very different build system. It would require a new interface to be written and someone to field all the new support desk questions.
