Utility to create and review contacts and licenses from command line

It may be useful, especially server-side, to have a command line utility (ideally PowerShell cmdlet) to perform some basic tasks.

Client

  • Create a contact.
  • Apply (import?) a license.

Server

  • Validate a contact.
  • View contact content.
  • Create license from contact.
