To update the Zigbee chip firmware, you need to use a template for Z2T mode, instead of one with TCP for control via ZHA/Z2M. It is the template given on https://templates.blakadder.com/sonoff_ZBBridge.html before using the alternate one for ZHA.

I enabled this template. I try to update the firmware ncp-uart-hw_7.3.1.0_460800.gbl ncp-uart-sw_6.10.7.0_115200.gbl ncp-uart-sw_7.4.5.0_115200.gbl

Nothing happens. The firmware remains 6.7.13

Then you are not doing a valid attempt to update the firmware. What you posted first looked ok, but not the file names you posted now. You can find the tested files here: https://github.com/arendst/Tasmota/tree/development/tools/fw_SonoffZigbeeBridge_ezsp

BTW. It is not a good plan to just say "nothing happens", the log will have some amount of messages.
