can't firmware

I have 3 sonoff basic, who works under this firmware. Now i want move to another firmware but can't do that! Default method putting device to flash mode with pressing button when connected to pc doesnt work! How can i flash it?

it doesn't matter what firmware you use, just like itead can't prevent you use arendst firmware problem either PC end software or serial cable, I assumed you have tried all 3 sonoff and all fail to upload firmware by serail
