Sonoff Touch: Firmaware loaded but not switching on

Open Slip7000 opened this issue 7 years ago • 1 comments

Hi Guys,

I totally love this firmware, I have about 6 units in my home running on version 3.2 (Sonoff Basic & Wall Plugs) and soon more... Now I run into a little problem, I got 4 Sonoff Touches at home. I bought 2 and loaded them with the firmware, nothing happened so my thinking was I have "Bricked" them so I ordered 2 more to try again and loaded one last night. So 3 of them I have loaded with the firmware and all 3 said loaded successful from the computer side (grounded the pin to load and the USB flashes blue when loading the firmware, exactly like all the other but after that, they do not start up or show any lights, nor does they switch the lights on or off... I don't know what the problems are...

Please be so kind to assist...

That fixed it. For anyone else wondering how it is done when using atom/platformio.io: you need to change board in platformio.ini to esp8285 from esp01_1m.
