nhmmer output parsing and new R version?

Hi, Firstly, thanks for this tool! It seems very helpful!!! I have 2 queries:

  1. The tblout looks different for different hmmer searches (nhmmer is the one I'm using). Is there a plan to add functionality for this? I can str_extract from the description column, but it would be nice not to have to!
  2. Is there any plan to update this to work on more recent versions of R (at this time, I'm using 4.4.2 (2024-10-31), Pile of Leaves)? The development version work,s but a stable version may be better No worries if not :) Just to check. Srishti
