Sytax error hubic.php

I have an blank page after copy files_hubic to Apps dir. Log shows:

Owncloud 7.0.4 unbuntu 12.04.4 LTS

The issue is probably that the "files_external" application needs to be activated BEFORE the copy. This was the case with prior version with owncloud 7. Not tested on current version supporting Owncloud 8.0
