Seems to violate SEC's data request limits

By default, doesn't it make sense to comply with these limits? Not sure what I might be doing to cause this. I'm running the example and it's locking up due to IP ban from SEC.

Bump, having same issue...working on the make_requests rn to see if that rate limit doesn't work as it should
