Allowing to add empty Entities

Describe the bug System allow user to create empty Entities.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'http://rawcms-demo.herokuapp.com/entities/.'
2. Click on '+ Buton'
3. Scroll down to 'Entities'
4. See Empty enities has been created.No data.Only Blank Spaces

Expected behavior System should not allow user to create empty Entities.It should require to fill details.
