LS reports irrelevant diagnostics

I think this is unrelated to arduino/arduino-language-server#17; clangd, arduino-cli, and arduino-language-server processes are up and running, I do not have any syntax error in my sketch (I hope), still, the LS reports completely irrelevant diagnostics.

Once I hit this problem, I can see multiple arduino-language-server processes after the electron browser window refresh.

I do not know if this is a bug or part of the expected CLI workflow/behavior, but I can see multiple arduino-cli processes spawned when moving lines in a sketch: screencast 2019-12-12 09-42-13
