Correct I2C Clock setting

The I2C clock setting should be changed, the settings used give a clock frequency of

Standard: 104 kHz Fast Mode: 560 kHz Fast Mode+: (not working at all)

Proposed settings:

Standard: 99 kHz Fast Mode: 390 kHz Fast Mode+: 930 kHz

I've made a quick round of measurements and the default values ar ok for me, so i'm closing this PR

UNOR4 Wire

  • I2C_MASTER_RATE_STANDARD 96kHz
  • I2C_MASTER_RATE_FAST 409kHz
  • I2C_MASTER_RATE_FASTPLUS not supported

C33 Wire1

  • I2C_MASTER_RATE_STANDARD 99kHz
  • I2C_MASTER_RATE_FAST 440kHz
  • I2C_MASTER_RATE_FASTPLUS 943kHz
