Adds Bangla internationalisation support

With approximately 228 million native speakers and another 37 million as second language speakers, Bengali is the fifth most-spoken native language and the seventh most spoken language by a total number of speakers in the world.

Can you push from your develop branch to arduia: develop after making pull form arduia: develop? Cuz master branch have only stable commits coming from release branch. My Git flow is like that - feature -> develop -> release -> master

Another cause is that I also deploy this app on f-droid.org. They support auto deployment that depend on master branch.
