Pushing v1.0

Since Solid Toast has been out for a while, I wanted to take some time to push an official 1.0 release for it. There are some issues that v1.0 will resolve:

Additional Goals.

With this release I also want to brush up on the docs by

  1. Making the docs public in this repository
  2. Finishing up the documentation on the solid-toast website
