Apparently restarting OBS and Skype fixed it for me - yay!

I did get it to work, but intermittently. It's flaky.

DGML generation seems to be broken

I'm getting this now when I run this on this repo: https://github.com/dotnet-architecture/eShopModernizing/tree/master/eShopLegacyMVCSolution Using latest version downloaded today and VS2019. Unchecking DGML allows analysis to complete (Excel works).
