@XuanNui , @erofcon you can try to change the Cascadeur fbx export settings. You can do it on the N panel of the add-on in Cascadeur fbx export settings > Up axis set it to Z.

Or you can try to go to editmode with the mesh and rotate it around the X axis 90 degrees so it's upright.
