Just adding the feature request from @joelgdwave and @vgoliber to make sure we're returning the chosen chain strength in the sampleset. We do a similar thing in dimod's [ScaleComposite](https://github.com/dwavesystems/dimod/blob/a0b1f150eee276958cdc01520a9cb5a902c77611/dimod/reference/composites/scalecomposite.py#L142).
