drawer组件宽度希望增加最大宽度与最小宽度接口

- [ ] I'm sure this does not appear in [the issue list of the repository](https://github.com/arco-design/arco-design-vue/issues) ## Basic Info ## What problem does this feature solve? 我们现在配置drawer的width为auto，有时候太窄有时候太宽，部分场景需要设置最大宽度与最小宽度， 另外还有一个扩展，建议增加一个接口，开启后可以自定义的拉动drawer的边框，临时扩大drawer的宽度（组件销毁后重置）
