数字输入框应该允许字符串数值绑定！

What is expected?

希望可以支持绑定数值型的字符串。

Steps to reproduce

观察element-plus，虽然会提示非数值型，但是也能v-model绑定成功。且正常动态加减，但是acro的是绑定不了的。因为有的时候后端数据库存的浮点数是decimal。返回给前端的是字符串的数值。且不好让后端或者前端获取后转换
