mirrors.cloud.tencent.com 应该更好一点吧

mirrors.cloud.tencent.com 为公网与内网统一域名，如您的客户端处于互联网公网环境，可以通过公网访问，如您的客户端处于腾讯云 VPC 内部，且 DNS 保持了云上默认配置，则会优先解析到内网链路访问，为您提供更稳定的服务并节省公网数据开销。
