When you select the zen kernel option, it still installs the default linux-headers instead of linux-headers-zen version.

Since you didn't attach the log, I'll have to ask, are you referring to when you selected the nvidia driver?

it just installed Linux headers instead of Linux zen headers when I chose Zen

Can you please attach the log otherwise we have to close those as it it's difficult to debug without any information
