REQ: Example of subvol's

Thanks for your work on this utility. Can we please have a trivial example of using the automation scripts (mac would be best) that includes creation of btrfs sub_vols? ... I've done a bit of searching and haven't found a good reference.

In particular setting subvol mount options similar to the default recommended layout would be great.
