Support MBR as an option on EFI booted systems

Just like we support GRUB and systemd-boot on EFI systems. Users might want to have the option to use MBR for whatever reason on EFI systems.

Not entirely sure there's a very good reason to do MBR in EFI, unless you want the same hard drive going from a newer to a MUCH older machine or something. I'd put this as a very low priority

Sometimes, I do this and it's very handy to switch between laptops just by swapping hard drives.
