wallpaper.json not parsing?

Hi Mr. Jain, thank you for this amazing template.

There's some issue i'd like to address, though.

  1. "wallpaper.json" doesnt seem to be parsing correctly, since the wallpapers section appears blank, either on your demo "app-debug.apk" or on build-apk from my Android Studio.
  2. If i try to change application icon directly from my Nova Launcher by holding app->tap edit->tap icon, the MaterialIcons launcher icon shows "sym_def_app icon" rather than the icon that i put in @mipmap. I've addressed the icon in androidmanifest.xml, but no result.

I'm using Xiaomi Mi4 with MIUI 7.5 (Marshmallow 6.0.1)
