Updated the template file for 1.19.4 changes

I for some reason can't test on 1.19.3, Java doesn't like me at the moment but it was running fine on 1.19.4 so I imagine this should be alright.

All this does is update the main file for modern Architectury API so it can compile/run on newer MC versions
